Service Description

At Alliance, we provide free resources based on the needs of every client. If you think you may be pregnant, we will start by providing a pregnancy test and, if positive, a limited diagnostic ultrasound. We also provide STI testing, lab work and prenatal care for those who qualify. We will walk you through every step of the process and ensure that you have access to the support you need.
